College Is a Lot at Once.

College can be an incredibly exciting, fun, rewarding, and formative time. It can also be a lot — decisions, social dynamics, romantic relationships, breakups, evolving family relationships, and questions about identity, success, and failure, all happening at the same time.

And sometimes it's quieter than that: a nagging sense that you're not really out there — not connecting the way you thought you would, not engaging, not making the most of an experience everyone says you'll only get once.
