Nord Therapy works primarily with driven, high-functioning men, including those in finance, law, medicine, entrepreneurship, and similar demanding fields, who are navigating stress, performance anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Payment and Insurance
Nord Therapy is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. It does not accept insurance directly. Clients seeking reimbursement can request a superbill to submit to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement, subject to their plan's terms. Nord Therapy may be able to submit the out-of-network superbill for the client, but this depends on the client's insurance plan.
What This Practice Does Not Treat
Nord Therapy is not equipped to serve as a primary provider for acute psychiatric emergencies, active suicidality requiring a higher level of care, active psychosis, or severe substance use disorders requiring detox or inpatient treatment. Nord Therapy does not treat schizophrenia, bipolar 1, or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Individuals with these needs are encouraged to contact emergency services or a specialized treatment program.
